Cinnamon Protein PancakesPrint Recipe
- 80g oats (I use Bob’s Red Mill Wheat Free Oats)
- 1 cup plant based milk (I use calcium fortified soy milk)
- 1 tbs natural protein (I use Vivo – PRUEM15 for 15% off)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Olive oil spray for cooking
Add all ingredients to high speed blender and blitz for 10-20 seconds (should be well mixed).
Allow mixture to sit for 5min to thicken up to pancake consistency.
Pour onto a warm pan* that has been sprayed with oil. Bubbles will show quickly but wait until the pancake mix around the edges start to turn brown before flipping – about 1-2min. After flipping cook for 30sec-1min.
Serve with preferred toppings. I enjoy raspberry chia jam or apple sauce with almonds and coconut nectar.
