Have you ever tried a frosty fruit? Don’t worry if you haven’t because this is even BETTER! Real fruit in their naturally occurring state translating into really delicious and refreshing popsicles or ice blocks as us Aussies call them. Give them a try on a hot Summer’s day. Be prepared for your mind to be blown and your taste buds satisfied 🙂
Mango Popsicles

- 2-3 fresh mangoes
- 5 lychees
- 1 cup coconut water
- 18 raspberries
Instructions
Remove skin from mango and lychee. Add flesh to blender with coconut water. Blitz until no chunks left.
Pour into popsicle holders just below the fill line. I then put 3 raspberries in each. I used a spoon to push down the raspberries into the mixture to different heights.
Freeze until solid and enjoy on a hot Summer's day!
Notes
You could use any fruit, get creative! Even just mango and coconut water would be delicious. I made these with fruits that I needed to use up.
