Sugar Free Apple SaucePrint Recipe
- 5 apples (any kind)
- 1 tbs cinnamon
Peel and core apples. Chop into small pieces - about 1cm.
Add cut apple, cinnamon and 1 tbs water to saucepan. Turn onto low-medium heat.
Stir regularly until apple is soft.
Allow to cool. Blitz in high speed blender until like the above image.
Store in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for much longer periods.
