Ingredients

  • 100g spinach or kale leaves.
  • 200g brown/green lentils (or 1 tin)
  • 200g rice (cooked)
  • 1-2 pieces GF toast (kale = 1, spinach = 2)
  • 1 tsp - 1 tbs italian herbs
  • Himalayan Salt
  • Pepper
  • Green Burger Patties Raw

Instructions

Pre heat oven to 200 C or 390 F. Prepare large tray with baking paper

Add all ingredients to blender. Blitz until smooth. Smell to see if flavour is on point. Add more talian herbs if needed.

Spoon onto tray. Wet your hands (this ensures it wonโ€™t stick to you) and shape into desired burger shape.

Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the outside is nice and crispy.

Notes

I have made it with both spinach and kale, both tasty!
