Spiced Popcorn Pumpkin SeedsPrint Recipe
- Pumpkin seeds
- Himalayan salt
- Olive Oil Spray
Remove seeds from fresh pumpkin. Place on a sheet of baking paper. Ensure they aren’t touching and all pumpkin is removed. Allow to dry out over night.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 C or 350 F.
Move seeds into a pile and lightly spray with olive oil (so that the spices will stick). Add a pinch of desired spices and salt.
Mix in with your fingers until all combined.
Spread out again on baking paper, put on a tray and put in the oven.
Cook for about 5mins. When it starts to smell delicious you know there is 1-2mins maximum left.
Could use any spices you like. Personally I find the salt is crucial to the popcorn taste.
